——Late night surveillance shows suspicious figures
At 1:40 in the morning, everything was quiet and most people were asleep. However, in the monitoring room of our Huai'an Yonglv project, the staff are fully focused on staring at the monitoring screen. Suddenly, two young people appeared on the screen wandering around the community, their actions were sneaky and their movements were very suspicious. The staff dared not slack off at all and immediately reported the situation to Captain Zhang Peiming.
——Quickly take action to launch a search
After receiving the report, Captain Zhang Peiming reacted quickly and immediately led patrol officer Wang Zhengxiang to the scene to search for suspicious personnel. When they found Building 199, they found traces of the owner's electric scooter being pried, but the two suspicious individuals were nowhere to be seen. The situation was urgent, and Captain Zhang Peiming quickly called the patrol posts of Phase 1, Phase 3, and Phase 4 to provide support. At the same time, they coordinated with the gate and monitoring room to conduct a comprehensive search and control, and immediately dialed the emergency hotline.

One of them was chased by team members and escaped from the community at 1:48, while the other person hid in an underground garage. Fortunately, the team members did not panic and continued the search in an orderly manner. Finally, with everyone's joint efforts, a suspicious person was successfully captured near the underground garage of Building 203. Another person was subsequently summoned to the case by the police. At the scene, a piece of battery, a bottle of Baijiu and 75 yuan in cash were seized. These were the "achievements" of the thieves, and they were unexpectedly intercepted so soon.
