The warm reminder of Suzhou Security Company: as the name implies, "safe without danger, safe without lack", the meaning of safety is not only to foresee danger and ensure normal life and production, but more importantly, it is reflected in the response and handling of special situations by team members in case of emergencies, and whether they can successfully solve them.

In order to ensure that the security guards can handle the emergency as soon as possible and properly, reduce the safety risk, reduce the impact and expand the scope, effectively ensure the safety of the lives and property of the business families, improve the ability of the security guards to deal with such emergencies, and maintain the order and safety of the project area. According to the annual training plan, our company's Aerial Lake Plaza project will organize and carry out the practical simulation drill and emergency plan of "Emergency Response to Fighting" at 7:00 a.m. on January 31, 2023 at the fire climbing site in front of Unit 1 of Building 9.

In this drill, when the security guard meets the gangster first, the company director taught the on-site personnel some basic defense fighting skills and some ways to subdue the gangster. In this case, the premise is that the legitimate defense can be carried out when the life of himself or others is threatened.

In the follow-up, we also popularized the methods of how to correctly deal with the emergency and some practical cases when encountering the emergency.

Emergency treatment of the fight found by the security guard during the duty:

1. During the duty (or the owner's complaint) or when the monitoring center notifies that there are quarrels and fights, they should be stopped in time.

Reminder: The principles for stopping quarrels and fights are as follows:

(1) Dissuade both sides from stopping and talking.

(2) The owner of both parties or one of them who quarrel or fight shall persuade them to leave the site.

(3) In case of fighting with equipment, the armed party should be stopped first.

(4) Send the wounded to the hospital for treatment.

2. Report to the superior leader quickly, and the superior unit shall mediate. If the individual strength is weak, ask for reinforcements.

3. When stopping quarrels and fights between the two sides, do not use rough language and do not allow vicious words to be used against each other.

Gate guard, patrol and other emergencies:

Suspicious situation 1: The person who visits without identity and makes an excuse to find someone but does not tell the information of the interviewee.

Treatment: pay close attention to their actions and persuade them to leave when necessary.

Suspicious situation 2: The personnel were found to have tools such as controlled knives, pliers, screwdrivers, iron bars, etc.

Handling method: carefully ask about the purpose of the tools they carry. If the purpose is unknown, immediately report to the superior leader.

Suspicious situation 3: carry a lot of articles outside without any proof.

Treatment method: check the situation in time, check the certificates of relevant personnel, and release them after they issue reliable certificates. If there is no evidence, seize the goods immediately and report to the superior leader.

Suspicious situation 4: cleaning up items in a remote and hidden place and behaving strangely.

Treatment method: immediately try to intercept, inquire and verify. If there is any suspicious situation or theft, send it to the local police station for treatment.

Suspicious situation 5: In the staff dormitory area, there are signs of skidding on bicycles and motorcycles, or the unlocked bicycles are carried away or picked up.

Handling method: ask immediately and release after finding out.

Suspicious situation 6: someone who turns away or runs away from the security guard.

Treatment method: try to intercept (notify patrol personnel with interphone) and find out the cause.

Suspicious situation 7: suspicious packages or items are found.

Handling method: walk forward gently, check carefully, and call the police immediately in case of any suspicious situation.
